Gareth Bale golf bar 'that looks like strip club' not even in top 50 for 'fun in Cardiff'
Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order.
That statement stands in retirement, it appears. It's been just over 12 months since Gareth Bale decided to hang up his boots one last time after a stint with LAFC.
The golf-loving nut can now spend more time at his mini-golf bar, Par 59 - located in Cardiff's city centre. However, some would have you believe it 'looks more like a strip club' with its decor – and TripAdvisor users might just agree with them.

Par 59 doesn't even crack the top 50 when it comes to "fun things to do in Cardiff", with the bar achieving just a 3/5 rating - placing it 53rd out of 88 options. One cheeky fan reviewed the venue as "well below par", while another added: "Not great quality and busy..."
However, its not all bad reviews for the golf bar, with some praising the venue for its atmosphere. "Great experience," one fan gushed, and a second said: "Place has awesome vibes!"
