Inside Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's $17.5m home with a 100-foot infinity pool
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have shared pictures of their home in Beverly Hills which they purchased for $17.5 million.
The celebrity couple has opened doors to AD and they now grace the cover of the architectural publication’s newest issue. Let’s take a look at the couple’s home and some of its features.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s home featured in AD
John and Chrissy’s stunning Beverly Hills home is featured in AD’s September issue.
In an article shared on Architectural Digest’s website, the book author and chef revealed that every house they have lived in so far “reflected” the stage and chapter of their lives.
John explained: “Our last house was darker and more cloistered, like a sanctuary. We were attracted to this place because of its lightness and airiness. We love how open it feels, and how it’s so connected to the outdoors.”
“We wanted to create something magical, especially for the kids,” John added.
The two have been married since 2013 and are parents to four children – Luna, Miles, Esti, and Wren, who they welcomed via surrogate.
Their home and features
The couple purchased their current home in Beverly Hills after they sold another property in the area for $24 million.
Chrissy and John’s “sanctuary” includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an open-plan living room, and massive windows to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor views.
The outdoor space features a stunning 100-foot infinity pool with a spacious garden area.
The couple hired Jack Arnold, who renovated John’s studio space, and reimagined a perfect new home for the couple to suit their style.
“We hired Jake because we love his taste, although if it were up to him there’d probably be more earth tones,” John explained as Chrissy reflected: “We like bright pops of color. We wanted to crazy it up a bit, to add a little funk.”
Chrissy slammed surrogacy claims
Back in May, Chrissy defended herself from netizens after they claimed that her daughter Esti was born via a surrogate.
The model shared a candid picture of Esti’s delivery at the hospital after her C-section to shut down the baseless speculations.
Chrissy confirmed her pregnancy in August 2022 two years after she and John lost their son Jack at 20 weeks due to a pregnancy complication in 2020.
